Everytime I Die!

Feels like all of the band concerts I have ever dreamed of is being eventuate one by one. They were for real! It was Everytime I Die (ETID) that i'd kill for see them live. No i won't.

It was a local jeans brand, Peter Says Denim who attracted them here (fortuitously, PSD Jeans urged the collaboration, endorsing the band)

Apparently ETID wasn't touring alone themselves, they armed with another featuring band, The Acacia Strain within this tour.
It took place at Bulungan Outdoor, October 7th 2011.













Surprisingly Jordan Buckley got me and Ronald featured on his Instagram. He was actually taking a picture with us, the fans, using his iPhone. Thou i just had a wink of pop-out thought that he might be posted it on Instagram that means i did not expect it all. But he did it :D

Convivium in short means; shows differentiation from other populations of the same species. In this case, we haven't meet each other for a long long time. Laras has been living her life in Jogja rushing in her architecture school, thou in the same town with me, Negh is very busy struggling over her medical school and concert-life, and i've been preoccupied with campus deadlines which is tight, work, and music. 

Actually i was just thinking about looking for what "Convivium" meaning as we have had our break-fasting at Convivium an Italian-style resto located on Panglima Polim. I was just trying to randomly linking it up.

So here we go again, haven't meet each other for over a year.
How we missed all the craziness we've had back days. Too young ago, too wild ago

Mawar Merah Tribute to SLANK; An All Female Ensemble

So it's still the same project as i used to be posted days ago. The All Female Ensemble formed on the initiative of Sashi Gandarum (DREW) and specifically to play a Tribute to some local or international legend musician. For this time, An All Female Ensemble named themselves as a "Mawar Merah" in regards to Tribute to SLANK (FYI, "Mawar Merah" itself is one of Slank's hit single on their 2nd studio album "Kampungan" released in 1992) get along with the young gun Music Director, Rishanda Wicaksono, we proudly presented us in UI Jazz Goes To Campus Festival 2010.

According to An All Female Ensemble previous concept, we gladly could hire some local female singer for took a part in our Slank-medley.
They are: Sashi Gandarum (DREW), Dira Sugandi, Kikan Namara, Ghea 'Idol' Oktarin, Mian Tiara, Yuyun and a 'lil sweet gimmick, FDJ DEVINA (1945MF)





















SURPRISE! That was Kaka Slank himself whom showed up in the last song of the show! :)

Not yet loose from the Paramore euphoria weeks ago, we decided to self esacping to....
yak! I indeed long for Bali in a period which couldnt be able to determined.
3 days and 2 night (sigh) Happy people dont complain. I'm not happy so i do complain, i need a couple of months stay there! -for leisure of course :P
